Birthday Party Q & A
How do I book my party?
You may call our FDC front desk to speak with someone on staff or you may book online.
We require a non-refundable $100 deposit, due when booking your party. The remaining balance will be due the day of your party and must be paid in full upon arrival at the front desk.
What time should we arrive for our party?
Please arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your scheduled party time. Please do not arrive earlier than this as another party might be ending. All party guests are asked to wait in lobby area until your party begins.
Will we share the party room with another party?
No. You and your guests will have exclusive access to our party area for the entire 1.5 hours-2 hours.
What am I responsible for as a parent/guardian on party day?
Parents provide cake/cupcakes, (no ice cream please), candles, goodie bags, and drinks for cake time if not purchasing pizza and drinks with us. No other outside food or drinks are permitted. (There will be candles available for purchase.)
Must parents/guardians stay for the party time?
Yes and no. The party host is required to stay throughout the duration of the party. All other parents may drop off/pick up for party time, or they are welcome to join in on the party fun. Whether staying or dropping off, for insurance and liability purposes, it is a must that all parents/guardians complete and sign a waiver for any child under 18. Waivers are available online or at FDC upon arrival.
What if I need to reschedule or cancel a party?
We ask at least 7 days advance notice to reschedule or cancel a party without any additional cost to you. However, if rescheduling or canceling within 48 hours of your party, you will be charged a $50 cancellation/change fee. These fees are additional to your non-refundable $100 deposit and will require the remaining balance to be paid in full upon arrival if rescheduling.
